Important Changes for the Spring/Summer 2017 Sale!!!

We strive to insure the best quality and highest satisfaction for our customers and consignors at each event. Please note we are making some quality adjustments for our Spring Sale.

We will no longer accept:
* Used pacifiers and/or bottle nipples. If you are selling bottles, please be sure to remove the bottle nipples before packaging.
* VHS Tapes
* Stuffed animals unless they are animated or musical.
* Breastpumps

CLOTHING IS LIMITED TO 125 ITEMS PER CONSIGNOR. Please make sure you bring your BEST 125 items. A maximum of 3 items can be combined on 1 hanger with the exception of infant onesies 24 months and smaller. Due to the limited event space, this limit will improve the quality of your clothing options and shopping experience.

BOYS AND GIRLS JUNIOR CLOTHING WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NAME BRANDS ONLY:
Abercrombie & Fitch, Adidas, Aeropostale, Almost Famous, American Eagle, Banana Republic, BCBG, Big Star, BKE/Buckle, Charlotte Russe, Columbia, Delia’s, DKNY, Express, Forever 21, Gap, Guess, Hollister, Hot Topic, Hurley, Hydraulic, J Crew, Juicy Couture, Lucca, Lucky, Madden Girl/Steve Madden, Maurices, Michael Kors, Miss Me, Nike, North Face, Pac Sun, Patagonia, Pink, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Rock Candy, Rock Revival, Roxy, Rue 21, Seven, Tommy Hilfiger, True Religion, Under Armour, Vanity, Victoria’s Secret, and Wet Seal.
A printable list is available under the Acceptable Items tab. We will have the list at check in and brands not listed will NOT be accepted. We understand that there is very nice and stylish clothing in other brands, but due to limited space and the abundance of Junior clothing we receive, we are limiting it to these brands only. DROP OFF PROCEDURE HAS CHANGED. PLEASE READ CLOSELY!
* Please have everything tagged when you arrive for drop off.
* Have clothing in bundles of 25 hangers for easy counting.
* Grab a rack and bring in your items. Remain with your items until an inspector is available and has completely checked through all your merchandise.
* After inspection, put your items on the sales floor. To help insure this process is quick and easy for you, here are a few helpful tips:
- Have clothing in order by size and sex (i.e. all 3T boys together, all 24 month girls together). This will help you tremendously in getting your items on the sales floor more quickly. If there is a category/size for it when entering items, there will be a space for it on the rack (i.e. newborn, 0-3 months, 3 months, 3-6 months). Please do not place a 3 months outfit in the 0-6 months section. You are responsible for making sure your items are placed in the correct areas on the sales floor to be easily found by shoppers.
- Be sure all shoes are CLEAN and in EXCELLENT condition. We will not accept muddy, smelly, or excessively worn shoes. We usually have an average of 2500 pairs of shoes and our space is very limited, so we have to become more picky as the sale grows.
- Be sure all battery operated equipment and toys are in working order. Swings, bouncers, large toys, etc. will not sell if the shoppers can’t be certain they operate correctly.
- Be sure all infant equipment and furniture is CLEAN. This includes the padding on items that can be removed and washed. Items that are stained or dirty will be turned away.
- Be sure all clothing is season appropriate. Clothing and shoes for this sale are limited to Spring/Summer only. Light weight jackets and jeans are acceptable.
- When using a tagging gun, DO NOT tag through the front of the clothing. This leaves holes in the item. See tagging instructions on the website for the correct way to attach tags with the tagging gun.
- Read through tagging instructions and acceptable items on the website for MANY more helpful tips and instructions.
*AFTER you have placed all your merchandise on the sales floor, you will need to check in at the registration table to receive your pre-sale passes and any items deemed unacceptable during inspection. Volunteer shirts will be given upon arrival at your volunteer shift.
